The location of the hotel was convenient, as it had a charge point for electric cars. However, the negative aspect was that they charged 10 euros for slow charging, even though they initially stated it was free.
The spa area was not as relaxing as expected due to the presence of children, which made it difficult to unwind properly.

Stunning Views and Serenity
If you're searching for a tranquil escape, this hotel is perfect. The peaceful location is the ideal setting for a romantic getaway. The breathtaking views are truly stunning and the serenity allows for a complete recharge. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. We indulged in the spa treatments, which were fantastic, and we also took advantage of the fantastic hiking trails nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and it offered amazing views of the mountains.
This hotel is not the best choice for families with young children. The facilities and activities offered are more suitable for couples or individuals without kids.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The facilities were top-notch, with a great range of activities for all ages. The food was delicious, and the kids absolutely loved it. Another great aspect was the quietness after 9 pm, providing a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. We also appreciated the international appeal of the hotel, with guests from different countries all agreeing that it was the best family resort they had been to.
The wellness area was not up to par. The extra charge for the wellness experience was quite high, considering the limited amenities available.
